Or spiritual leveling of financial power for the new age of 2012 See 2010 update below.and Jan 2011comment This financial levelling is not a new concept; it has been around for a few thousand years and was understood and predicted by the Mayans in their calendar.
There is a list of strong astrological elements which predict this phase in human conscious development.

1) 2007 - Manifesting the energy of Mars closest to the Sun of 23 August 2003
In numerology, the destiny number is the sum of a person’s birth date, and likewise the destiny of each year resonates with a particular number.
This year is the year of a 9 [2+0+0+7 =9] and in astrology the number nine equates to Mars, the planet of war and action and taking personal initiatives, one of the highest expression Mars is the planet of truth, but more importantly it is about making and defining personal boundaries, defining these boundaries brings issues connected to power and passions and often dispute or war, and hence Mars is often assessed by the result of boundary crossing; losses, accidents, and movement.. Nine is the end of a cycle in numerology, and we will expect to see quite a few endings this year in many areas of life and leadership, and because it is the last nine before 2012 and the start of the new golden age of man, it promises to be an eventful year, that will be clearing the scene in preparation for the new energy of 2008, which is numerically a number one year and relates to new starts. Mars has a synodic period of 779.94 days. [greater than 365 days] Meaning Mars will not transit through all the zodiac signs during 2007. Just through Sagittarius , Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces, Aries, Taurus, Gemini and Cancer. To understand just how important Mars is for this year it is essential to look back to 27th August 2003, When Mars was the closest to the Earth, this chart is set for Cape town South Africa, but it could be anywhere in the world.  This was the last most important “event” of Mars, and from the chart above we can find glimpses of what to expect this year with the vibration of Mars prominent. Mars comes this close to the Earth once in 73,000 years, so this is very important year for humanity at this time of world change. 2007 will be this year that the energy materializes into form and is expressed. Ultimately Mars is about fighting for the truth, and defining boundaries in power distribution, this chart reveals that those with too much power and use it to suppress others, will be de-powered, [mostly in a financial way due to Mars being in opposition to Venus] but Mars in its lowest vibration and strongest planetary power will bring war to some. The 27th August 2003 had its own daily symbolism for this delivery of energy, this day was about social idealism, and empowering the underdog and the down trodden. The highest object of this energy delivery was about making the world a better place, where concerns are for human needs in a spiritual and materialistic way, this energy also is philanthropic in nature, like a gift.
The energy of this day promises tremendous spiritual evolution and growth. In a person this energy would be seen as an active Mother Theresa, and in the UK another Robin Hood.
It brings all countries wealth back to an even level for trading purposes by raising the poorer countries trading abilities through treatise while the dominant financial power of the richer nations experience loss of trade, countries will not want to trade with countries experiencing a prolonged falling bear market.
The world’s finances are going to be brought in alignment for the start of the new age.

The Sun –Moon aspect is related to universal conscience, and applications are towards human needs, and controlling large groups of people with charisma, which is also associated with manipulation of problems within our social order.
We can expect a new leaders to come forward this year, either in the church, monarchy and government [Mr Brown], in troubled areas in the Holy lands and countries such as Iraq. There may be some that break away and make isolated groups who do not want change, but change is coming anyway.
Mars has recently been in conjunction with Uranus and is now retrograding towards Uranus who is also retrograde. As both planets are retrograde, this makes a powerful statement, particularly as this conjunction makes an opposition to Sun-Jupiter-Moon, and that this opposition forms part of a kite formation. The beneficent kite formation gives many opportunities for solving problems, .
Mars-Uranus predicts “sudden events”, sudden power losses and power cuts [due to conjunction in Pisces] so this years events will be sudden and unforeseen losses for charts that pick up these degrees, but with many opportunities for finding alternative solutions.
Sun conj Jupiter is associated with recognition, health and creative power, joy, and a happy wealthy person/country.
This happy event may possibly be extended to royalty because of the Sun representing our queen, also as the monarchy and government are resonating to the Saturn and Neptune opposition both Tony Blair has the potential to resign at the end of February and our queen could potentially choose to resign or make changes to her work schedule due to health in March.
Yes we can expect a Financial crash, with Venus opposite Mars conj Uranus, parallel Chiron, losses are potentially computer trade figures, from speculative and “hidden” or deceptive practices due to the conjunction being in Pisces.
Mars had a declination of -15 42” and was parallel Chiron -15 43”. This is an important declination degree to remember in 2007, because it triggers the aspect in the 2003 chart and will not be seen in the longitudinal chart of 2007.
[Around 25th March 2007 Mars reaches this declination, and is conjunct Neptune in Aquarius.] Iran Nuclear talks were prominent. or "boundary" talks were in progress.
Pluto is stationary in the chart, a very powerful statement that power is being shifted and that huge transformations will happen. This aligned with Mr Blair resigning.
The last solar eclipse prior to the 23rd August [May 31st 2003] brought with it the energy of adept people skills, and great generosity to those who need it, and the lunar eclipse of 16 May brings in a hugely creative expression needed.
So the energy of Mars was delivered in the midst of great creative power and adept people skills, when the Sun Moon relationship had universal conscience and human needs were its highest concerns.
This has certainly been necessary with the weather and rescues of the year.
This energy is about creating an even balance of power worldwide, which means depowerment to the West and empowerment to those who have been powerless in the past!
When Mars transits retrograde, it often the marks the times of inactivity in a project. Mars retrograde is generally considered inauspicious for starting new projects, buying houses, lawsuits, going to war or entering a competition, working with chemicals or fire, having surgery or dental work etc.
Mars does not go retrograde until 15th November 2007, and finally goes direct January 29th, which aligns beautifully with the Mayan calendar inauspicious prediction starting November 2007. .
2) The Mayan prediction
This was actually predicted by Carl Johan Calleman in 2001, in his book.
The Mayan Calendar is based on a thirteen day [and night ] cycle, each day and night has a deity and principle of character residing over the events. The days are also called heavens.
On the night of the 5th haven, there is always destruction for what has been built during that cycle.
We enter the 5th night of our present galactic cycle, on 18th November 2007 and come out of it 12th November 2008.
The 5th night is known as the destruction phase, and reined over by Tezcatlipoca, the Lord of Darkness.
During the last cycle of this 5th night period Hitler was raised to power, there was Stalinism, world war 2 and Atomic weapons. The earlier destructive Katun saw the collapse of the Roman civilisation.
The great depression of 1931-33 in Europe fell in with the 5th night of the planetary underworld.
The cycle we are in has to do with exploring the avenues of materialism, and as many may agree, materialism or desire for capital gain is no longer fair exchange in many financial business transactions.
Basically the calendar predicts the collapse of the global economic monopoly through technology [computers] the trade markets.
3) The most recent illumination of Comet 17P/Holmes
Comet 17P/Holmes suddenly grew brighter on the 24th October 2007

Because the comet was first seen on Nov 6 1892 by E Holmes, the date and daily cycle associates this comet with bringing a startling arousal in an area where there previously was complacency.
This arousing energy works for the good of all, but the immediate wake-up call may or may not be a delight, and may possibly bring with it some disappointment.
A revelation may be seen through others holding up a mirror, i.e. like a reflection of what is happening elsewhere is really happening much closer to home. what may be revealed may not initially be to our liking, but the revelation has the potential to change our lives for the better.
The comet lies in the constellation of Perseus, known as the champion or hero or even rescuer. Perseus is far away from the Zodiac, but it can be aligned with late Taurus and early Gemini, suggesting a financial trade rescue.
The Daily cycle for 24th of October indicates that there will be a dramatic revelation of sorts, and a need for painstaking attention to detail.
The comet reveals that there will be some sort of financial rescue in place, [ from Banks or Governments?] that there has been a serious wake up call, and the financial events taking place in other countries are actually happening in our country too [the mirror of reflection], its likely that traders/banks will be pouring over in detail their money situation.
But will this financial rescue be of any use? The transits and eclipses of late 2007 and 2008 suggest that all is yet to come!
Just look how far back this has been spoken about and channelled.
4) The Kryon channelling
The first mention of the world financial changes came in Kryons book1, "The end of times" p26 published in 1993
Kryon said that the changes her group have made to the magnetics of the Earth will cause society to change through actions of the governments.
Those countries with self-balancing economies are likely to be effected the most. With trust in the government low, collapse is certain. Her suggestions for this time were “Do not trust your governments monetary systems during this change, change your personal monetary exchange medium into a more basic form” This was a very strong comment to make. [The average English person is hugely in debt at this time.] starter homes are 8 X a persons yearly salary.
In a later channelling, Kryon [the Earths magnetics] gave this interpretation of Apogee Mars to the people of South Africa, who she is encouraging to heal and take their rightful place in society.

According to Kryon the depowerment came through the need for integrity, the west can no longer worship materialism, and can no longer be allowed to threaten the safety and security of the ecological and physical world.
• Those who will rise in power will be South Africa, Latin America and Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay who will form a powerful economic block.
• The stock exchanges in London, New York, Wall Street will loose their power and that financial power will be dissipated throughout the world.
• China, the Eastern nations, Japan, Korea will become more powerful manipulators and negotiators.
• Latin Americas and the two African countries South Africa and Nigeria will stand powerful in negotiations.
5) The transits and eclipses of the day
I could write a book on this subject, but I’ve really just highlighted the most important symbolisms for this time. The message is clear we will experience a year long falling market. Big corporations will tumble in favour of community holdings.
Sometimes financial astrology potentials are recognised by observing past planetary positions in history.
And although we have times of recent stock market and financial crashes, which are considered sudden disruptions, what is anticipated for this destructive Mayan night, between 18th November 2007 to 9th November 2008 is a steady falling market for the West encouraging other countries to look elsewhere.

On 27th October 2007, Pluto made its last conjunction with the Galactic centre, a point that is notoriously reactive with world finances, the last time Pluto made this crossing in 1759 to 1760, the financial markets of the day noted a drop during this time. This aspect is just prior to the Mayan night, perhaps creating the set-up, for what is about to come. further 2007 indications ;

Pluto makes a geocentric ingress into Capricorn on 26th January 2008 [large corporations and institutions will be downsizing for a long period of time.]
Changes in taxation, probably to waste disposal.
The second quarter of 2008 may see equity loose its value unchecked for more than a year.
Venus’s Scorpio ingress on 6th December 2007 may see the start of the general stock market downfall.
Comments on England’s 1801 chart regarding Pluto
In Englands1801 chart, Pluto lies in the 5th house of Gambling and speculation, until now gambling has not been high priority for the British people, but spurred on by amazing profits in internet gambling, the government have legalised gambling and made plans to build casinos throughout England.
Pluto is associated with power, often gained through money and sex, Pluto signifies manipulation and control. All big business, monopolies and investments, debt; bonds, stocks and other financial instruments are ruled by Pluto; with Pluto people either feel powerful or powerless.
What usually happens is people feel powerless, an event occurs where something is revealed and the power of suppression is lifted, and a new way of looking at life is revealed which gives self empowerment.
Pluto rules the UK’s second house of finance. legislation has allowed banks and lending companies such abilities to penalise where debts are paid off early and make charges to people while holding onto their money for 3 working days etc.
The money giants have become powerful and the average person powerless.
The more recent event has been the Northern Rock bank heavily investing in a high return mortgage market, in America. Perhaps we can expect more of this in the future.
Pluto is linked to Mars through rulership of Scorpio, if Mars is de-powered, then Scorpio rulership areas are too. In the UK this means a drop in financial buying power.
In England’s 1801 chart; by declination, Pluto is parallel Vesta and contra parallel Mercury, Vesta is about honest and faithful dealings and Mercury is communications.
The downfall will come through unveiling dishonest dealings.
Mercury is the weakest planet in England’s chart, as the weakest planet it operates on the lowest morals [the more powerful the planet, the higher the morals] of English society; Mercury represents the newspapers and media, who have a reputation of creating a story at any cost. It is possible for the media alone to bring about a crash or raise in house prices! Undoubtedly they will play a powerful part in UK’s depowerment at this time, revealing political immorality and lack of integrity.
Saturn and Ceres share the same declination, Ceres is about self worth, and providing care for others and what happens if needs are not met, and where loss and rejection, productivity and growth are considerations. The Saturn return should strengthen traditional family values, improvement towards housing and health and education. Generally government policies are echoing these principles.
Regarding Venus

Reviewing the astrology of the last two housing crashes in UK.
• The first housing crash which lead to a drop in house prices of up to 37%, happened in the 3rd quarter of 1989, the crash was felt in all areas of UK’s finance
• The second crash was in the 4th quarter of 1995, but only essential effected the housing market.
Before looking at both charts it’s essential to understand the declinations of the 1801 UK chart.
Financially, Neptune rules the housing market, it is contra parallel the asteroid Ceres, [the four asteroids are important in finance], Ceres gives attachment and dependency, indicating that much of UK’s financial worth/ dependency comes through the state of house prices. Also as Ceres is contra parallel to Neptune, it has a built in “loss factor”, hard transiting aspects from the right planets to Neptune in the 2nd house, can lead to a fall in house prices.
Interestingly transiting Saturn was trine England’s Neptune in the 1995 crash, but Neptune and Saturn conj England Sun in the 1989 crash.
Saturn [the government] appeared to give support in both these crashes.
Transiting Chiron was quincunx R Venus, trine R Neptune, Pluto was widely conj Neptune, showing a transformation in house prices.
Again another eclipse warned us of the potential crash, on March 29th 1987, it fell at 8 Aries, predicting the crash of 2 years time, 1989. The Saros indicated a time of candid opinions.
The second recent crash, was in the 4th quarter of 1995, so by looking at 1st October 1995, there should be similar signs.
In both previous crashes, Neptune and Chiron were very active in hard aspect.
In the 3rd quarter of 1989, say 1st September,
Chiron is in England’s 12th house of undoing, conj Uranus, of sudden unforeseen events, and sesquisquare to R Venus.
Mars in the 2nd in Pluto is a powerful, [financial damage] Malefic is conj R Neptune [to house prices], and square R Venus [money].
AT the time both transiting Venus and Saturn were parallel in the sky, meaning [restrictions in money], transiting Uranus was parallel transiting Neptune, and Uranus infers an unexpected world wide event. The North node transiting the 2nd house focussed the issues on finance.
The eclipses were more of a tease surrounding this event, in 1992 the 4th house was touched by an eclipse at 14 degrees Capricorn, the MC was hit at 9 degrees cancer and 2 degrees Capricorn in the 4th sector. The 3 eclipses are read in conjunction with each other, something would happen in a years time that would have an effect in 3 – 4 years time. Making the years to watch 1995-6.
The Mayan year
On Sunday 18th November the Sun- Moon phase 14 presides over the Mayan year.
This Mayan year will be charmed for all those who just wish to give self expression, for its own sake, those who wish for nothing will gain all. Mars and the Sun preside over this phase, a person who gives of himself gains all at the hands of others, who willingly take up the burdens and responsibilities that are dropped.
Those that work for the improvement of the world by design and wish to correct all societies’ faults, end up harming society as a result, or they may actually do nothing because they view the task as too great.
This rather signifies that self expression from the heart will gain all, contrived world improvement by design will not.
On a world scale this implies that governments are at their weakest during this period, people who are driven by their vision will gain all, we can see the expression coming into play already in Pakistan with Benezir Bhutto . This is a time that governments can fall.
The eclipses are the biggest proclamations of the years.
Working eclipses are the energies already in place by past eclipse.
The working eclipse of 29th March 2006 [total eclipse] was within striking distance of England’s DSC, belonging to saros 8 north, quite literally meaning “down to basics”. Probably activated in around 2 years time because of the hemisphere it fell in.
Which falls in with all the other 2008 predictions.
The real alignments to watch for are those of Neptune [real estate] and Chiron [the economy].
2008 Chiron squares Neptune, suggesting a fall in prices. Chiron transits in square between March 2008 to January 2009,possibly a slow fall over quite a long period of time.
Looking at the conjunction of Neptune, Venus and Chiron in the 5th house of speculation, suggests that it comes after a phase of Neptune conj Venus, a very optimistic period, but Neptune is square Neptune during this period of time, which puts a foggy haze around the true state of affairs, a time when wishful thinking is seen as a reality.
The South node is in 11th house, about to conj Saturn, which is about opportunities and cash flow, it appears that a government leader may restrict further cash flow.
Transiting Pluto is parallel R Chiron, Parallel Venus and contra parallel Ceres, big losses in big business, monopolies, investments, debts; bonds and stocks
Pluto is semi-square Venus. Money losses.
Tr Pluto is square R Uranus in the 12th house of unexpected happenings in the world.
TR Pluto is semi-square R Neptune in 2nd.
The eclipse of 7 February 2008 is at 17 44 degrees Aquarius, which will hit England’s Venus, [meaning money] the saros has an element of not accepting the situation.
Mars is OOB in March, ruling the 7th and the 2nd ruler of the 2nd, which suggests it is out of control of the government, but a nice sextile between Saturn and Mars, suggests support and opportunity for change.
Tr Saturn is also square R Chiron, suggesting break-up and losses.
It is possible that the real trigger of the financial crash will be around the eclipse of Venus, on the 7th February.
The chart suggests a world fall, so this implies that American finances will impact the rest of the world markets.
Curiosity made me put the American chart and the 7th Feb 2008 together.
You May notice the very prominent Chiron conj The R MC, and Chiron is sesquisquare R Venus in the 2nd house of finance.
This signifies a financial crash. The eclipse at 17 44 Aquarius falls on Americas Moon, ruler of the financial 2nd house and the 3rd house of communications, it suggests telegraph money, wired money, internet banking, will be effected. As the Moon is in the first quarter, suggesting it will happen that year, and it is the moon, it is quickly going to have a knock on effect.
What can’t be seen from the above chart are the declinations, during February Mars is OOB, which means it runs away with itself, it is also the time of a Mars return in the 1st house, in a natal chart, the possibility of a change of vocation! Notice Pluto is in Capricorn opposition to this return, there is a change in government policies regarding International finance! Transiting Chiron and Transiting Pluto are in semi-square aspect, the change is an enforced one.
Transiting Chiron is contra parallel Tr Saturn, a time of heartbreak, and contra parallel R Chiron. Suggesting losses.
The Diurnal Ascendant for America for that day falls on the degree what I have come to call the “re-connection degree”, 3 degrees Sagittarius; it has the energy of Venus [money] and brings balance.
It looks like Americas finances are being re-balanced in accordance with the rest of the world.
Just out of interest look at which countries charts will pick up this all important eclipse!
I usually allow up o 2 degrees influence, but its influence may cover a larger orb.
Allowing a 2 degree orb either side of 17 44 Aquarius.

Pensions may be an issue, the 18th century Capricorn in Pluto brought in the ethos of pensions, and pensions may be re-established with integrity.
May 2009, new products will be on the market, a new approach. Transfer of wealth to local employees. Co-operatives will be big business.

Companies wealth becomes distributed amongst local people.

2010 The sky is still active in 2010, the USA's chart completes a Saturn return , signalling end and completion of the financial institutions present cycle, the moons nodal alignments made with the chart of the mars alignment of 2003 may even indicate a complete wipe-out of the federal bank. It looks like the date the dollar will be affected may be 5th December 2010, but another alignment exists 2 months later if this hasn't already happened. If this happens, a knock-on effect will hit Britain and the inevitable collapse of the banking system and those banks linked into the US economy, it will also have a great impact on the UK government. ( Jan 2011 update,This never happened!, the potential activity manifested as the start of the Wikki-leaks, affecting many governments) I can only assume that the wikki leaks are part of this continual spiritual levelling, bringing more information "to light"..
