Focal Touch is the very same healing given by Bill Grey, who was initiated by Xanthia,.

 

Bill Grey was the first to recieve the initiation in recent times, but he was not given the information how to attune others, so this healing method never seeded.

 

Bill Ellis is the second person the healing council have initiated and this time he was subjected to 5 years channeled training on how to use it, So methods are slightly different now, but the results are the same.

It is more powerful than frequency healing because we actually have the ability to draw on the light from the ninth dimension known as

‘the healing flame!’

(St Germaine’s violet healing flame also known as the flame of expansion)

 

Just like water has three states of being, Ice, water and steam, light also has three recognisable states of being, fire, light and crystal, but these states are also associated with dimensions, in the ninth dimension light becomes fire, and in the lowest dimension light becomes crystal.

Science calls the crystal light form Tachyon energy.

In healing touch light transposes from the healing flame through all stages to the crystal or tachyon.

 

We as humans have the ability to transpose light of any dimension, as universal transducers we hold the universe together within our being, but also we naturally on a daily level transpose problems (dark energy) to light, but we can also transpose light to heal each other and ourselves.

 

Why I consider this healing more powerful than the very same ‘full spectrum light frequencies’ are because they are directly transferred from the ninth dimension flame into a beam of light which can be manipulated in thickness and size by the practitioner and placed into the body.

The light becomes a light beam or a tachyon as it exits our hands and is absorbed into our bodies.

Once in the body, the light changes state transmuting the ‘negative’ energy of the disease into light of the right polarity.

 

Light is light and ‘Focal touch’ healing uses the very same light as the channelled ‘Full spectrum light frequencies’ but with the addition of changing states of light, enhancing its healing abilities through process.

 

Practitioners actually do not need to know the ailments of a person, just to tune in using their intuition to identify the out of balance gland or glands and apply the beams of light to the appropriate locations.

 

Bill Ellis is the Master teacher and the initiator of focal touch healing; he was chosen and initiated by the healing council nearly a decade ago and is the sole Master of atunements.

Bill is a well known healer with 35 years experience, author and spiritual oracle on healing, as a retired chemist with an interest in all that is nuclear Bill explains his healing modality in scientific terms of Tachyon energy energizing and altering the bodies SOEF’s (subtle organizing energy fields).

 

Before Bill initiated me as a Focal Touch practitioner, I asked him what ‘healings’ or ‘changes’ he had seen over the years using focal touch (as he uses other healing therapies too).

He quite simply said “everything”, I understood why everything should be brought back into balance, because it can create changes on such a fundamental level, but I wanted hard core examples.

He said results came after a number of sessions usually, two sessions a week over perhaps six weeks saw a reversal in Alzheimer’s, in diabetes and other illnesses.

He said with diabetes the blood sugar gradually lowers and people stabilise over time. Changes happen gradually, but then long term illness comes on gradually too.

He does weekly healings on people, and often healing takes time.

 

As an energy healer/channel/catalyst I am used to feeling frequencies and heat and all sorts of spatial anomalies, but at first with the beams I actually felt nothing, it was most peculiar, I could see crystals with my inner vision, but I couldn’t actually feel anything, although I put this down to us humans being natural transducers of energy.

 

I decided to play with the beams to see what I could feel, eventually I put some into the tips of my fingers and a ‘glow’ went up each finger along the acupuncture meridians, for a few minutes, I actually received the confirmation I wanted.

Today I do feel the heat of the beams as they are formed on my skin, perhaps Xanthia do it specially for my benefit as they know I enjoy feeling the light.

Introduction To

Focal Touch Healing

This is a channelling through Bill from a few years back.... 

This is a very ancient form of healing

which has been given before and was used

millennia ago. However, it was last used about

five thousand years ago when it was lost due to

disbelief, human’s need for novelty and

persecution of the healers. Now it is being sent

again for the greater good of the earth, man and

life. This was used by healers who passed on

the technique through initiating others. It can

only be passed on by touch.

To initiate a healer you need to have

physical contact with them. The energy flow is

not complete unless the energies of both

initiator and initiatee mingle. Therefore, it

cannot be done as a distant initiation.

There are two major differences between

this Healing and other forms of Energy Field

Healing.

1). The healing is performed on the

disease itself and not its energy counterpart in

the Etheric body. For example, if you are called

upon to give healing for a tumour, you would

treat the tumour where it resides in the body

and not the chakra associated with that part of

the body where the tumour resides.

2). In other forms of Energy Field

Healing, the diseased, stale and negative

energy is removed from the Etheric Body

before energizing with Universal Life Force

Energy (Prana, Ki or Chi etc.). Focal Touch

Healing does not use Universal Life Force

Energy as we know it. The energy used is

much more powerful and as yet, we have no

name for it. This energy is generated by the

Healing Flame, channeled through the Healer

and then transferred to the diseased part of the

Healee as a high intensity narrow beam of

energy. The beam is then detached from the

Healer, where it stays protruding from the

Healees body. Other beams of energy are

placed into the Healee but at different angles.

The healer knows how many beams to use.

When the last beam is placed, they will

gradually retract into the diseased part of the

Healee. This energy is then sealed in by the

Healer where it mingles with the diseased

energy and transforms (transmutes) it into

positive life giving energy. The time this

procedure takes depends on the degree of

disease.

There is one more very important

difference between Focal Touch Healing and

forms of Energy Field Healing. In most forms

of energy field healing there is no way for self

– healing and if there is, as in Reiki, even

Masters find that the energy flow is nowhere as

intense as when healing others. Focal touch

healing on the other hand is just as intense as

when healing others.

There are two levels of Focal Touch

Healing.

1). Practitioner. At this level you will be

attuned to the “Energy” by a Master/Teacher of

Focal Touch Healing . You will also receive all

the required information to enable you to heal

in all aspects of Focal Touch Healing a).

Physical Healing. b). Emotional Healing.

c). General Maintenance Healing. D). Mental

Healing and e) Spiritual Healing.

2). Master/Teacher. A further attunement

is given. This attunement will not only open

your channels to healing to a higher degree but

will open you to a level thus enabling you to

attune others.

The first three facets of Focal Touch

Healing are self explanatory viz. Physical,

Emotional and General Maintenance healing.

The last two facets viz. Mental and Spiritual

healing may require some explanation.

Mental Healing.

This healing is intended to alleviate

mental stress, to help with mental illness, to

help those who study or work under pressure,

to give them clarity of mind, clear reasoning,

and perception from many different angles on

the same problem or task. It can be used as an

aid to learning and problem solving.

When used as an aid to learning or

problem solving, the procedure is short and of

low intensity. The procedure is longer and

more intense when used for mental stress and

mental illness. Nevertheless, the procedure is

the same in both cases.

There may be a great amount of

confusion in the mind which may be caused by

emotional trauma. In such a case, clarification

of the mind by this treatment will probably

remove the emotional trauma at the same time.

If you are drawn to do so, you may give an

Emotional treatment followed by a Mental

treatment or vice versa, this is satisfactory as

you cannot “over heal” someone and giving

one type of treatment may remove the need for

the other type of treatment.

The Mental Healing procedure is

particularly useful in treating Phobias. Just be

aware that many phobias are deep rooted and

may require several treatments to eradicate

them completely. Please remember also that

what may appear to you as being a trivial

matter, such as a fear of feathers, is very real to

the sufferer and must be treated as such.

Problems such as drug abuse, alcohol

abuse and any minor habits respond well to this

procedure. Please keep in mind that animals

also have similar problems and benefit from

this treatment.

As with all other Focal Touch Healing

techniques, you can treat yourself and obtain

excellent results.

Spiritual Healing.

Even though it has the same name as the

energy field healing modality there the

similarity ends, it’s purpose and methodology

are completely different.

This Healing is also

completely different from the four levels of

Focal Touch Healing mentioned earlier.

This healing was given some months later

to the “Five” during a group meeting with

channelling from the Healing Council.

This level of healing requires a Soul to

Soul melding between the Healer and the

Healee. During this process, there is a complete

mingling of both person’s energy and the

energy used in the process is unlike any energy

used hitherto.

The “Five” were entrusted with this

healing but were asked not to use it on Third

Parties until given a clear message to do so by

the Healing Council. For the same reason, we

will not present the procedure in the manuals.

Your Master will present you with the

procedure on a face to face meeting when

he/she will know you are ready to receive it. Be

prepared, however, for the unlikely fact that

you may never be ready to receive this

procedure. This will in no way reflect on your

capability to use the other four levels in an

excellent manner.

Several months later the procedure was given

to four of the original masters together with

the words of Xanthia which follow:-

I do not wish this healing to be used

until you have exercised in the skills of the

other levels. The spiritual level has a much

more sensitive approach and delicacy of

technique. In this healing because it is on a

spiritual level there is more a mingling of

the spiritual energies between the Healer

and Healee. The mental, emotional and

physical healings are irrelevant as far as

spiritual healing is concerned because it is

purely on a spiritual level. It is concerned

not only with the healing flame but divine

love. It is approached through intuition and

perception and is very delicate tuning to the

vibration and colour. It will take a while

before you are aware of the changes in the

vibrations. With this healing there needs to

be cleansing of the healer and healee as in

the attunement procedure.

Question. What is the purpose of spiritual

healing.?

You are healing traces, things that

have been carried from past lives, into this

life that affect this person. You are helping

their soul to bring a close harmony between

the spirit of that person, their soul and the

Divine Love of Source. Bringing together

the soul’s path, the soul as a whole,

bringing it closer into harmony and joy and

stillness and peace and tranquillity. There

is always with the physical entity the

striving of the soul to return home. The soul

gets lost on the way. It cannot find the

connection that the person needs and it

affects them. This healing is to help the

soul. Help to bring forth greater perception

of what the soul’s purpose is, to bring it

back individually and closer into harmony

with the collective soul and each other. It is

a yearning that our soul’s return home, that

we find our life’s purpose. We see more

clearly the lessons we have to learn. We see

more clearly how we are to achieve our

life’s purpose. This healing will help.

Question. Is this Spiritual Healing good for

when someone is about to pass over and will it

help them to pass more easily?

This would be perfect, yes. They will

be resigned to the fact that they are passing

over. This will allow them to put aside pain

and sorrow of leaving behind the earthly

body and the loved ones. They will see

more clearly the way ahead to perfect peace

and joy and love. Transition from the

physical to the spiritual can be difficult for

some. This healing will help them to

overcome that difficulty. It will help them to

move way obstacles. It will help them with

faith and belief in Divine Love.

There should be love. … This is

specially sent, to stay in tranquillity and the

connection with unconditional love. May

you go in this notion to decide. This is why

there is the need for clarity before

beginning.

The healing you wish to do and the

light within the person to be healed must be

clear. Visualise this light or which ever way

you visualise Source, the Divine Love of

God. The essence of it is peace and love

and stillness and experience of a sense of

awe and wonder. It would help to keep this

on a soul or an abstract level rather than on

a personal, physical, emotional or mental

level and not to be carried away to thinking

of the wonder of it but to be within that

wonder and be a part of that awe and love

and peace. It is to experience it with

detachment. It sounds a contradiction to

experience something and be fully

detached. It’s a paradox. But as you

experience this, in time and feeling you will

understand.

Question. When will we know when we are to

use this healing?

You will know when you are ready

because you will receive the clear vision

that is changing. Then know it is the time. I

am sorry that I cannot be more explicit but

you will know. But as I say it will not be

soon.

Question. Will only Masters be given this

healing method?

Again I caution you with the use of

this healing. I think it would be wise to treat

this as separate and give it to those you feel

have acquired sufficient experience at all

levels. It would be unwise to hand out all

those levels of healing at one go. Keep it

until they have acquired a certain level of

healing competence to be able to sense the

very subtleness of this healing. It is

delicate. As I would describe it as the

difference between seeing something here

in front of you and something that is seen

as if through a fog. It is harder to reach

because it looks more subtle. As you use it

this subtle healing becomes much more fine

as you practise.

Question. Should we keep this method out of

the manuals until we are sure the practitioner is

ready to accept it?

This is what I think would be wise. It

is to be added as a separate later. I do not

think it would be wise to issue it to all

generally. It must be used with a lot more

care, delicacy and responsibility. This will

only come with the use of focal touch

healing and experience.

Attunements

Being attuned to become a new

Practitioner or Master is a beautiful and lifechanging

experience. No-one can really

describe exactly how or why it works, but it

does. In effect it is a miracle. This is a special

and extraordinary benefit. The process

permanently clears & balances the most

important energy paths within the body which

channel and transfer the healing energy. It also

automatically releases some negative karma

from the receiver. This is the universe’s way

of rewarding the person for consciously

choosing the path of healing.

You can start practicing giving

attunements to others as soon as you are

comfortable with all the standard healing

techniques already described. It is perfectly in

order to practice giving multiple attunements to

the same person repeatedly, as there is no

danger of overloading them! It will also

provide a different type of healing for them at

the same time, and it isn't necessary that they

become healers themselves.

When you are completely comfortable

with the attunement process and have ample

practical experience in all types of healing

sessions, you will be ready to start teaching if

you wish.

As with every other part of Focal Touch

Healing, giving attunements is a very simple

process. It involves performing a series of

movements in a correct sequence, with no

effort or conscious control of energy from you.

The complete attunement sequence will be

provided.

History of Focal Touch Healing

Distant History.

During the first incarnation of man, this

knowledge was given. Man was , at that time,

close to spirit and god and understood the

oneness of all. To advance them with their

medical side, it was decided to send a new

healing which would complement their

conventional medicine.

These were people of wisdom, of love, of

empathy for each other. They were people of

science and of spirituality. They understood the

power of universal energies, telepathy and

telekinesis. They had the power to move heavy

objects with the mind. They knew about

magnetism and its power source. They knew

about the wheel, boats, circumnavigation and

traded with other countries. This was all before

the great flood. The sun was worshiped as their

god as the ultimate power. They were great

architects and artists.

As their population advanced and grew,

here then started their decline as a race. As a

whole they were together but then individuals

would be different and acquire more power and

wealth, contrary to previous early days. This

race then changed from being helpful to being

a society of selfishness and power. Gone were

the days of living for each other, with the

exception of the very few. Power of

individuals brought fear and persecution, lack

of respect for each other and a lack of trust in

each other. Changes in the law brought an end

to some practices of working with light and

energy. This became a source of the privileged

few and controlled by politics and power. This

would put man against man, families against

each other, persecution of the under privileged,

persecution against people of different ethnic

background, different skin colour, or even

regional languages.

This was such a refined and pleasurable

culture to be destroyed by man’s temptations

and lusts for materialism.

The gods watched as their perfect society

changed completely. It was decided by the

gods that enough was enough so through the

movement in the universe that brought about

their downfall. This was about 10,000 years

ago. The earth’s axis was shifted and the land

was flooded. There were very few pieces of

land which it did not effect. A few were

warned by their gods how to escape i.e. like

Noah.

This story covers many nations in some

shape or form. These people who survived

were the poor, the meek and people of the old

wisdom. The others drowned. However gone

was the written information about this healing

and other medicines. This strand of energy was

therefore ready for a future time to help man

once again.

Your society today is run by those who

seek power but a realisation will come to the

fore of a spiritual aspect of living and the

realisation that this is a plane of learning.

Mankind started this incarnation with nothing

and has grown and will be a culture one day

that will replicate those of the early days of

earth.

Healing Energy History

During ancient times when five people of

healing found that some strands of the

universal energy were not strong enough and it

would take many consultations to cure, they

felt the need for different healing. However, as

experienced people of medicine who worked

with spirit, they asked the gods for help.

There are several strands of energy

permeating the Universe varying in intensity,

three of which can be used for healing. From

the first strand comes energy field healing what

you call Spiritual healing, Reiki and Chios etc.

It was decided long ago that after the new

millennium this would trigger thoughts of

something new and better, having developed

into healing, mediumship and channelling.

This energy strand belongs to many

universes, mine being one. I am not from your

universe and yet I belong to it. We are

therefore here to help God with what is

required on your planet. We are sent to help.

Recent History.

This is an extraordinary story that started

with Bill Ellis a Master/Teacher in several

modalities of Energy Field Healing who has

recently written a book on the subject of

Distant Healing. This seemed to be the trigger

that started the sequence of events which

followed.

The local Spiritualist Church which

Bill and Sue, his wife, attend was the focal

point. A healing circle is held there every

Wednesday evening which they attended to

give healing. Through the Church he naturally

came into contact with mediums and

clairvoyants. Bill, himself, had no tendency in

this area, or so he thought, until recent events

changed his mind completely.

One night about 3.00 a.m. Bill

awoke feeling quite refreshed but with no

desire to sleep. He lay on his back and stared at

the ceiling that was clearly seen in the dim

night light from the corridor outside the room.

He did not see visions but the message he

received was like a thought form that said, “So

you have written a book? Well don’t think

that’s the end of it. You still have a lot of work

to do.” Not understanding what this meant he

found himself asking, “What are you talking

about? What work do I have to do?” The

answer that came was astounding. “There is a

new healing that we want you to get involved

in and it will require you to be attuned during

an initiation ceremony.”

For days he wrestled with these

thoughts trying to fathom their meaning. Then

he received a telephone call from a medium,

Gary, who he had met in the spiritualist church.

Gary told him that Spirit had a lot more

knowledge to impart and that Gary himself

would also be involved. This was given some

thought for a few days when he had an urge to

ring Jean whom he knew quite well and was a

very good medium. Jean has the ability to tune

into him, even over the phone. He asked if she

was aware of the affects. The answer she gave

was as follows: “Yes, there is a new healing. It

was lost to humanity thousands of years ago

but is now to be offered again. It is not like

Energy Field Healing but is far more powerful

and intense. The energy emits as a very intense

and focussed beam from the thumb, index

finger and middle finger of either or both hands

as if holding a pen for writing.

Over the next two days he received

messages that told him he would need only one

attunement that would be performed by

Members of the Healing Council using three

mediums and one observer. The three mediums

were chosen for him, and his wife, Sue was to

be the observer. All five of them are

Master/Teachers in Chios, Reiki or both.

Because Bill felt he lacked the confidence to

gather this sort of information, he decided to

call a meeting of all five concerned.

They met at Jean’s house with no

preconceived ideas and no idea what they were

going to talk about. None of them were

prepared for what followed. An entity was

channelled through Jean. This was the first of

many meetings with Xanthia. This was their

first introduction.

“My name is Xanthia. I am

Arcan of the Healing Council and Warden of

the Healing Flame.”

He went on to say that if Bill agreed to

be attuned, the initiation would be carried out

by all members of the Healing Council, using

the chosen mediums to channel the energy. He

agreed to be attuned and a date for the

attunement was set.

On the specified date the attunement

was carried out. As a continuance of the

attunement, all five participants had to carry

out certain tasks for the next seven days. A

candle was lit each day at the same time by

each person for seven days. During this period

whilst the energy was growing in the First

Master, it was noted that the remaining four

noticed some healing powers were also

manifesting within them. It transpired that “The

Four” had received a first attunement also

during the main attunement. After the seven

days had lapsed Xanthia and the Healing

Council assisted the First Master to attune “The

Four” to Master Level.

After these attunements, they had further

meetings where more knowledge was imparted

to them from Xanthia for the various healing

procedures.

Some Brief Notes Taken From Channelling.

People will seek you all out and

guidance given to the delight of all.

Let the healing energy be free to

follow its own will and it will be successful.

You must remember that spirit will choose

the person to be attuned and they will be

put forward accordingly. What feels right is

the correct answer. Likewise the people to

be healed will be pushed forward to your

attention, some will be believers, some are

not. However the results will speak for

themselves.

To improve your energy and skill just use it!

This is a simple straight forward skill.

No fancy things. Keep it simple and direct,

When people change our words and add to

it, it becomes complex.

This healing is non religious, there are

no religious rites, prayer or ceremony and

can be used by anyone attuned to it. It is the

intent that is important.

There is no novelty, as novelty and

whims will cause it to be lost as it did

previously. Ground work must be correct.

Simplicity is the key.

On the surface some may seem to be

healed however a lot of diseases are deep

rooted. You may heal the physical

symptoms. However, the patient may need

emotional healing.

A feeling of weakening of the power

flowing through the healer indicates that the

energy within the body is coming into

harmony.

A separate procedure will be shown to

you for maintenance, such as general

upliftment. This healing procedure will be

short but will touch each level of healing, ie.

mental, physical and emotional.

Your awareness will grow with

practice, as this healing is intuitive, and, if

necessary, hand positions will be shown.
